A Case About Car Oil Consumption
Toyota class action lawsuit claims that the emissions from Toyota cars are dangerous and could be harmful to people who drive them every day. The EPA is responsible for setting federal standards for car safety, but according to the complaint, they have known for years that these emissions posed a risk to human health.
The EPA conducted a study on the subject and discovered over 2021 instances of serious health risks associated with exposure to low levels of this toxin. Since this discovery the agency has required all cars and newer vehicles to have catalytic converter blocks, but car owners are not required to have them installed until their lawsuit is settled.
According to the Toyota Class Action lawsuit, if the plaintiff wins their case this will cover all medical expenses and funeral expenses that may result from the wrongful death of the car owner.
The damages that can be awarded in this case also include lost wages, past and future funeral expenses, funeral arrangements and burial costs. Other damages that could be awarded include pain and suffering, past and future loss of earning capacity, past and future care costs, and similar compensation to be awarded in similar cases.
The manufacturer of the Toyota Class Action lawsuit will be responsible for correcting this horrible defect once and for all.
